Former Czech national team and defender Strasbourg Czech Vaclav Drobni was killed this morning in a car accident at age 32 year.
Drobni he lost control of his car, skidded off the highway and hit a tree near the ski center Spindleruv Mlini, about 140 kilometers northeast of Prague."The accident occurred about two hours last night and despite the efforts of doctors to save his life, Drobni this morning succumbed to his injuries," said local police.
Drobni was the captain of the Czech youth team that won the title of European champion in the championship 2002nd Drobni for the French Strasbourg played 42 games, before being transferred as a loan player in Aston Villa, which never occurred.
