Daniel Engelbrecht (24) is no ordinary footballer. He has built a defibrillator after four operations on the heart. Each on-ground can be fatal for him, but the love of football is stronger. In mid-November, Daniel club Stuttgart Kickers played a match with the Regional Cup Ravensburg. Engelbrecht is entered into the field after 76 minutes with a plastic shield on the chest under the shirt that bears because of the defibrillator, which literally saves his life.
 He became the first player in the history of German football, which is played in such a way. In July 2013, Daniel was just collapsed on the grass in the middle of the Erfurt. Rapid intervention of doctors saved his life, but the diagnosis was devastating.
 He had a severe form of myocarditis, inflammation of the heart muscle. His life was in danger, doctors had to perform four procedures and incorporate his defibrillator that corrects irregularities in the work of his heart. They recommended him not to play, but he refused. - So many times I was on the verge of death, no one is expected to play.
 I am happy that I am alive, some in my shoes did not survive
. I lived the life of a man of 80 years. No effort, no stress, medications are very obfuscating me, I had hallucinations. I was constantly tired and I could barely sleep. But never forgive myself that I have not tried to play football again.
 I set myself the goal and invest everything to achieve it - says Engelbrecht. Although it has the strength to play all 20 minutes, were able to help his team.
Last Saturday he experienced the most beautiful moment in the field. He scored the winning goal in the match with WEHEN (2: 1) in the last minute of the match! - It was one of the best days of my life.  He says he is still getting used to it. - He is my guardian angel, without him, I just could not play - he said Engelbrecht, who believes that thanks to this device achieve much, much goals.
